Nashville, Tennessee, October 31, 2024 - Rural Healthcare Group (“RHG”) has closed its acquisition of Steward Medical Group and Steward Health Care Network (hereinafter “Stewardship”). Stewardship is one of the largest and highest-quality provider organizations in the country.

RHG is a primary care provider organization delivering high-quality care to underserved communities across multiple states. As part of the acquisition, RHG will rebrand the consolidated company to Revere Medical, reflecting the combined company’s commitment to serving its providers, colleagues and most importantly patients, on its path to building the country’s most revered provider organization.

Revere Medical plans to make investments in the legacy Stewardship infrastructure across people and technology to drive quality of care in its clinics and networks. As a result, Revere Medical will seek to ensure that care remains local so that patients can still access their existing providers, specialists, and hospitals. Revere Medical believes that for a community to thrive, it must be supported by a coordinated healthcare ecosystem.

“This is an exciting time for both Stewardship and RHG, now known as Revere Medical. Combining the organizations will allow for Revere Medical to accelerate the impact of our operating model across more providers, patients, and communities,” said Benson Sloan, CEO of Revere Medical. “The next step is to integrate the two organizations while making further investments to bolster the delivery of care. As Revere Medical, our mission of improving the lives of people in underserved areas through high-quality care remains unchanged.”

“The Stewardship team is excited for this next chapter with Revere Medical as it provides a committed partner focused on quality care and improving the clinic experience for providers, clinic-teams, and patients,” said Dr. Joseph Weinstein, President of Stewardship.
